Our 4-station rotary heat sealer for blister cards and clamshell packaging fits any budget and fits in any space. It has removable legs for table top use and large 12"x14" sealing area. It is an easy 1-3 person plug-in and run operation. It runs quietly and economically; and is suited for a variety of jobs such as blister cards, clamshells, and pharmaceutical applications. It can even be used as a press to cut plastic. The best part is that it is virtually maintenance free. Custom tooling can be made to accommodate much larger packages for warehouse clubs.

1 Station Powerpak Shuttle Machine
If you are looking for an affordable, start up blister machine, this is the one for you.
It’s a table top model that just plugs into a regular wall socket. You will need a small air compressor to make the top plate go up and down.
When you are ready to step up to our larger machine, we will take the small shuttle unit back for a fair trade in.
This machine comes with a 5 year warranty for parts and labor.
Operation
The sealing area is 10x12 and you simply:
- Load your product into the sealing tray
- Slide the tray in
- Press the green buttons for a few seconds
- Slide the tray back out
- You have a sealed finished product
